Pafilia Property Developers LTD was founded by Mr. Elias Eliades in 1977. Pafilia is a successful family business, their experience in the Cypriot housing market spans four decades. The company is still privately owned and managed by Mr. Eliades. The company employs over 400 staff. Pafilia's head office is located in Pafos, Cyprus.

Christakis is our Project Manager. He has a degree in Civil Engineering and many years of experience in constructing small and large projects.

Our Senior Site Engineer
George Voniatis is the Senior Site Engineer at Pafilia for our villa. He joined the company in September 2008. George is now our main interface to Pafilia. He coordinates all activities. He has creative ideas and so far he is very responsive to any issues we address.
- Interior Architect Tony Kimonis
Our Interior Architect
Tony Kimonis is the Interior Architec at Pafilia. He joined the company in September 2008. Tony has designed the interior of various 5 star hotels in Cyprus. He illustrates his ideas with state of the art 3 D software. This really helps to get a feeling of what the interior may will like.
Our Construction Manager

Andreas Efthimiades is Construction Manager of Pafilia. He has overall responsibility of the project. Not only does he coordinate between the various technical departments of Pafilia. His technical expertise and experience is valuable for innocent clients like us :)
Our Mould Team

This is our "mould team". They are responsible for all the concrete work, including setting the moulds for the foundation, pilars and supporting walls. They are very talented craftmen and do thorough work!

Our Architect
Said Malouli is our architect from Pafilia. He is a native Moroccan, but a true cosmopolite. He speaks 5 languages and worked accross Europe. We instantly had the same taste in style and colours and his international experience was key for us choosing Pafilia.
- Trainee Architect Victoras
Our Trainee Architect
Victoras Kaiser (German name but he is Cypriot!) is the architect trainee on the project. He works with Said. He has completed his BA in architecture at Greewkh, London. He is also the one responsible for drawing the plans.
- Customer Care Administrator Maria
Our Customer Care Administrator
Maria Petrides is our liaison contact. She helps to get the message to our various contacts at Pafilia when they are not immediately available. She also coordinates any questions we have internally and finds the best expert available. This makes life a lot easier for us.
