• I called Sonia´s office but nobody was in.
• I called Maria and told her that I am disappointed that I still have no quote for a heat pump system for our villa. This topic has been discussed in March 2008 and we were promised a quote. We had already several several follow-up conversations but nothing is happening.
• Regardless of the Heat Pump, I told her that I definitely want electrical under floor heating. I asked her to prepare an amendment to the contract accordingly.
• Maria promised to provide to see to it and call me shortly with a date for the paperwork.
