Meeting Minutes

We discused the materials list for Axel´s floor:

• Windows
  Same as Catrin
  
  
• Roller Blinds
  Axel has been asking for Roller Blinds (aluminium, electrical handling). He has asked for technical details / quotations for at least 6 months. Axel also provided Maria with photos of what he is looking for.

• Bathroom:
  Conceptual drawings are completed; final touch/detail needs to be done Responsible: Tony
  - No shower tray, only tiles. Size 130 x 130.
  - Frameless shower door in Line and Return Panel, Responsible: Tony, Sonia
  - Axel opted for Pafilia standard toilet. George is asked to look for a modern style. Unfortunately hanging toilet is not standard. Responsible: George, Sonia
  - Tiles are chosen, final colour selection by Tony. Responsible: Tony, Axel
  - Mixer, washing basin needs to be decided. Responsible: Tony, Axel
  - Lights and loudspeakers need to be decided. Responsible: Axel

• Kitchen:
  - Interior drawings are completed. Responsible: Said (initially) George / Tony
  - The kitchen sink and dishwasher needs to exchange (left to right and vis-versa). The drawing is not acurate in this respect. Responsible: Tony, George
  - The kitchen was selected by Petoussis Co, Limassol, Material: CLEAF LK00 – Palisander. Responsible: Said (initially), Sonia
  - Exhaust fan by Gaggenau (Christakis and George have the drawings).  Responsible: George
  - Appliances need to be decided. Axel wants 2 cooktops with 2 heating plates each. The exhaust fan will be in between the 2 cooktops. Responsible: Axel
  Kitchen block - Said mechanics / drawing needs to be reviewed. Responsible; Tony
  
  
• Floor:
  - Hardwood in all rooms, incl. Utility Room, Dressing Room, Kitchen. Material: XYLO - 3 ply, Oak C   (Petoussis & Co), see Foto on web    Responsible: Sonia
  
  
• Staircase:
  George had an idea regarding the stair case. He recommends a 3 cm, one piece Iroko Wood panel on each staircase. I told him that this would be Axel´s idea too.
  
  -George is asked to get a quote from Sonia. Responsible: George / Sonia / Axel
  
  
• Balcony/ Patio
  Details need to be decided. Responsible: Tony, George, Axel, Sonia
  
  
• Electrical Switch/ Sockets
  To be decided. Responsible: Axel / George
  
  
• Inside doors
  White, simple but modern design. Details have to be discussed with the Carpenter. Responsible: George, Axel, Carpenter
  
  
• Tower Room/ Attic
  I asked George to pay attention to air ventilation in the attic. He want´s to implement a 10 cm conduit with a gutter. This should solve the problem. I asked him to think about a waterproof solution too. Responsible: George

Various

• After completing discussing the materials list I mentioned the topic delays and quotations. Pafilia is definitely behind on all quotations and we will not accept a delay. Until now we have never been officially been approached by anybody to decide on anything! We are still waiting for a project plan or any kind of time table. We have been asking for it for a long time. George mentioned we need to discuss this with Sonia.

• I asked George about the concrete floor and the time to dry. The floor must be fully dried before the wood / tiles are laid on it. George elaborated about the building process and the floor is the very last thing they will be working on.
  
  - I asked George about the respective warranties. He will check with Sonia.

• I told George that Tony and I will be choosing and finalising the windows and other details next week.

Next meeting: Monday, 10 November with Tony and Wednesday, 12 November 2008 jointly with Sonia.
