4 February 2009 Meeting with George

Location: Construction Site

We discuss the last quotation. There are still some items that are unclear:

• The quotation lists the costs for the false sealing. Do the costs include the electrical installation for the spot lights? To do: George will look into it.
• Extra costs for Axel´s shower (small wall). We don´t know what extra wall they are referring to. Nothing has changed in the shower. To do: George will look into it.

I signed and approved the quotation except the 2 items above. However, I added on the document that we acknowledge that there will be a time delay for completing the villa. I pointed out and documented that the delay is not the result of us missing any deadlines. We also discussed that we have signed detail interior design drawings prepared by Tony and that we expect that these plans are the basis of the quotation and subsequently it will be build as planned. George agreed totally.

I asked George when the villa will be ready for occupation. He said from today’s point of view it will be 15. April 2009. However, he said that we may not have Telephone or Internet service by then.
