31 March 2009 Meeting with the Carpenter

Participants: Stephanos of EKarayiannides LTD Woodworks, Achelia-Pafos, Christakis, George and Catrin

Today was the first meeting with the carpenter. Stephanos will do all of the woodwork in our villa. We went through our plans one by one. Unfortunately Pafilia did not bring the complete set of drawings to the meeting. The following detail drawings were missing:

• Catrin´s storage room
• Sarah´s TV cupboard
• Sarah´s bathroom
• Catrin´s bathroom

1. Catrin´s shoe cabinet
   I need 2 drawers (12 cm high) for glasses, keys and other miscellaneous. The left side of the cabinet will be used exclusively for shoes.
   
   I was told that all cabinets / cupboards will have variable shelves.
   
   
2. Catrin´s Wardrobe
   We agreed to implement for more shelves and fewer clothes rails.
   
   
3. Axels cabinets
   Pafilia standards shelve configuration will be implemented
   
   
4. Axels kitchen island
   I advised Stephanos and George that the kitchen island has to be divided into the kitchen table and the cooking table. The kitchen table needs to be detached from the cooking part and the heights must be adjustable up and down.

I asked Christakis if he has thought about the provisions for the irrigation system. He promised he had made the provisions.

The next meeting with the carpenter is scheduled for 9 April 2009
