Meeting Minutes

• Balcony sun coverage/ canopy – Axel´s floor
  We have still no proposal from Pafilia for solving this mistake (see snagging list). I reminded George of our meeting in September and the common understanding that Pafilia will propose a solution and respective drawings in order to solve the problem.
  

• Roller Blinds – Axel´s floor
  I reminded George that we are still waiting for a proposal / quotation / drawings regarding Roller Blinds on Axel´s floor. Christakis pointed out a potential solution combining the Roller Blinds and the Canopy. He scribbled his idea on a sheet of paper in order to illustrate his concept. We agreed to further detail this topic in our meeting with Pafilia Chief Architect next Tuesday.
  
  
• Outside wood siding
  George asked the question, what siding will be used for the outside of the building. I told him that the Architect (Said) had created detail plans for the outside siding using Iroko Wood.
  
  I asked George how the wood will be attached to the house. He explained that the wood will be attached to a wooden base frame. The clearance between wood and wall will be about 2 cm.

• Front Pergola
  George presented the construction plans for the pergola at our main front (property entrance). He explained the pergola cannot be build according to the plans as it is instable. He suggested building another load bearing column (wood, 30 x 30). I agreed as long as no extra costs occur on our side (architect / Pafilia´s mistake)
  
  
• Ocean Front Windows - Axel´s floor
  We discussed the heights of Axel´s ocean front windows. I mentioned that the windows heights were planned at 250cm. This statement was not correct; the right number is 220cm. I will correct my statement next Tuesday in our meeting with Pafilia Chief Architect.
  
  
• Next Meeting
  Next meeting is planned for Tuesday, 4 November 2008 on the construction site. Participants: Architect Antonis Mavros (Pafilia Chief Architect), Tony Kimoniis (Pafilia Interior Designer), George, Christakis, Catrin
