• Plastering – First coat is completed
  The first coat of plaster is applied to the outside of the villa. The open spots around the sockets and switches will be completed at a later stage because of possible sockets/switch changes
  
  
• Electrical wiring stops the inside construction of the Villa
  Christakis mentioned that he is waiting on electrician John to finish his job. He can’t continue working on the inside of the villa before the wiring is completed. However, John is waiting for the final drawings from Pafilia Architects
  
  
• Christakis needs final architectual drawings
  Christakis is waiting for the final drawings for the kitchen, the bathrooms, the new wardrobe in the corridor.  I told him, that we finished everything 2 weeks ago. He should check with George and Tony
  
  
• Electrical Plans Axels Floor
  I handed Christakis a second copy of Axel's plans for the electricity wiring like sockets, lights and switches, tv, ... I asked Christakis to double check everything. He replied he will give the plans to the office, so that they can make the correct plans for John (Electrician).
  
  
• Boundary Walls / garden walls
  The outside boundary walls will be build with concrete.
  
  
• Garbage Box
  The garbage box (for 2 bins) will be build to the right of the property line (facing the entrance, next to our neighbours). The box capacity will hold two bins. The box can be opened from 2 sides (from within the property and from the outside).
  
  
• Bathroom ceiling Axel´s floor
  Axels ceiling could not be completed so far. Christakis needs drawings from the architect office in order to get the job done.
  
  
• Outside lights
  I asked Christakis for a solution for the outside lights at the entrance. He recommends lights in the ground.
