Meeting Minutes

1. Pafilia Quotation No 7
   Three items on the quotation are still unclear. George does not know the details behind these items. He will go back to Sonia and investigate.
   
   
2. Axel´s pergola
   We still have no quotation for the pergola
   
   
3. VRV and SAT dish
   George proposed to place the VRV corpus (heights: 170 cm) outside of my or Sarah’s bathroom. I declined this proposal as it would block the view through the windows. I suggested placing it next to my kitchen window. George will build the adjacent wall so it covers the corpus as much as possible. George will place empty pipes in the garden to connect the VRV and the villa.
   
   The SAT dish will be elevated from the VRV system by 2 steps. George is going to build a dedicated platform in order to increase stability.
   
   
4. Electric meter
   Contrary to prior conversations we will not have separate electric meters but have to share.
   
   
5. Roof construction
   The roof construction is not completed yet. Otherwise I would have questioned the leakproof
   
   
6. Swimming pool: Lights / Steps
   I reminded George that the pool steps should be built on the right hand side. The lights should be placed on the opposite side. Because the pool is already casts, Pafilia may apply LED lights.
   
   
7. Axel´s staircase / kitchen worktop
   I informed George that we will take care of the staircase steps ourselves. Also the kitchen desktop will be done by us. We have already chosen the material (granite). Now we have to wait until the carpenter starts his job. Our granite supplier will need 10 working days to provide the granite desktop.
   
   
8. Copies of interior drawings
   I reminded George of copies of the interior drawings as well as the electric plans signed by Pafilia and us.
