13 February 2009 Meeting with George

George presented samples of Pafilia standard granite worktop. It is called Rosa Beta. It will have to be discussed with Axel and Tony (Interior Designer).

The amendments on the quotation I signed on 4. February are not acceptable to Pafilia. They will have to be signed again with similar remarks To do: ??????

George informed me that we will have Peyia Community water when we move into the villa in April. We will also have electricity from Electricity Authority of Cyprus (EAC). Phone and Internet services seem to be the major issue still. I informed George that Phone and Internet are important to Axel and I as we work from home. Internet access is vital to run Axels business. George promised to push people around and he tries to make it happen.

We discussed the outer surface of the building. George found an alternative material to our Iroko wood. I informed George that we stay with the Iroko wood. It was very nice of George to present an alternative. But we don’t want delays and despite the material advantages (no maintenance) we stay with the “nature” look.

I asked Gorge to arrange a meeting with the carpenter. George promised to arrange a meeting shortly.
