4 July 2008 Meeting with Victoras / Pafilia

a) Meeting with Victoras (Pafilia office).
Final planning session regarding my kitchen. Small adjustments to the existing plans were discussed:

• No dinner table but a breakfast bar on the right side of the kitchen (outside wall)
  
  
• The breakfast bar table and the kitchen wall line-up.
  
  
• The last kitchen cupboard on the right side (next to door) should be divided into 2 sections:
  a) a rack  - the open side facing the dining room
  b) a bottle rack  - the open side facing the kitchen.
  
  
• The Frame of the refrigerator needs to be in line with the door frame
  
  
• Shelves with suitable lighting or alternatively a medium size cupboard will be mounted to the wall next to the door of the storage room. The depth shell is 30 cm.
  
  
• Storage room: On the right side the washing machine. Above the washing machine shelves. The left side is planned for vacuum cleaner. Shelves will start 60cm above the floor level.
  
  
• The kitchen stove ventilation shell be the same as on Axel´s floor (Gaggenau down draft ventilation. • I specifically pointed out the necessity of 3/4 wire carousel basket set for the 2 kitchen corners.
  
  
  
  
• The backsplash material should be glas – Victoras will propose a suitable colour scheme, preferably orange or reddish colour
  
  
• All lower cabinets shall have drawers rather than ordinary doors.
  
  
• The top cabinets need to have a minimum height of 74 cm
  
  
• We discussed how the VRV system is integrated into the kitchen design
  
• Victoras promised to deliver the final drawing of he kitchen plans to Sonia on Tuesday, 8 July 2008. Subsequently we need to arrange a meeting with the electrician. It is mandatory to meet at the construction site.
  
  

b) I briefly met with Emily, Sonia’s secretary.

Sonia was not in the office.

• I gave her signed amendments to the contract (actually it is a credit note, credit for items deleted from the original contract like glass walls, doors, and pillars a.s.o.). She advised me that I can offset the credit note with additional work done by Pafilia
  
  
• I told her that we like to install a „hanging“ toilet in Sarah´s bathroom as well. I asked her to give me an offer for additional costs.
  
  
• Axel will get a separate amendment to the contract (credit note) for items that have been cancelled from his part of the contract. The documentation will be send out within the nect days.

 c) Victoras and I met at the construction site.

Victoras took measurements of my kitchen. As it turns out, the kitchen is smaller than in the architectural drawings. Instead of 3,15 m widths the measurement is 3,08 meter. The heights is 3,26 meter.

Victoras has to redraw the plans for the kitchen. He promised to complete the kitchen plans by Tuesday, 8 July 2008.
