• The building material for the pipe systems is plastic pressurized tubing (Pipe in Pipe System). We could upgrade but according to Andreas the standard is very good.
• Black pipes for fresh water, other colours for water for domestic water use. This is important to know when we purchase water taps.
• Andreas will find a solution for the installation of a hairdryer in my bathroom (According to domestic building standards, no electric sockets are allowed in Cyprus bathrooms)
• Andreas found a solution for outside electrical sockets. Accordingly, they don´t seem to be very pretty but they do the job. Because of the look he recommends to keep them hidden from direct exposure.
• Regarding my question”depths of the pool” he recommended to measure from the level of the wooden deck. In any case I will ask Christakis to double-check.

Once again Andreas asked me to contact him directly regarding any questions concerning the construction of our villa. He wants to ensure that everything is according to our desire.
