Meeting Minutes

1. Axel´s Entrance
   George explained in detail about Antonis Mavros idea how to change Axel´s entrance door. Advantage: Axel would have a larger stair top in front of his entrance door. Disadvantage: We would loose 40% of the planting area next to the car port.
   
   We decided that we will build the entrance as is on the existing plan. George explained that we have still room to adjust if the entrance is too small.
   
   
2. Entrance door Catrin´s kitchen
   The kitchen door will not be a wooden door as specified in the contract but – according to the style of the villa – a door made from aluminium and glass.
   
   > This should result in a credit note for the door
   
   
3. Windowsill
   The windowsills in Sarahs room, in Catrin´s kitchen and in Axels bathrooms will be pushed towards the middle of the window opening (usually on inside wall). The inside windowsill shelve will be about 10cm.
   
   George suggested to use a Corian base plate (like in the kitchen) in Catrin´s kitchen window rather than granite or marble. This way not too many materials are used.
   
   
4. Placing of the underfloor heating thermostat
   The Pafilia heating expert explained the positioning of the thermostat for the underfloor heating system. I asked them that I like to see as few pipes as possible. He explained that every room can be regulated separately. All heating topics were discussed and finally agreed.
   
   
5. VRV System
   We agreed that the inside and outside design of the villa can not be harmed by the technical requirements of the VRV system. Unfortunately the Pafilia Technician had not the latest copies of the architectural drawings with him (once again – same mistake over again). I asked Pafilia to contact Tony (interior designer) to get the latest plans.
   
   I told Pafilia that I do not want any of the units in the middle of any room – in particular not in the living room! Also the placement in the kitchen needs relocation.
   
   George promised to discuss this topic with Tony.
   
   
6. Quotations
   George told me that we will be getting a quotation for all open topics.
   
   
7. Next Meeting
   The next meeting is on Friday, 12 December. George and I will go to Zangoulos.
