Materials List Catrins Level
We discussed the materials list I gave to Andreas on 3. November

 

  • We opted for MU3000 plus and MU2500 windows (details see list). Muskita TSW Windows for Axel´s dressing room and kitchen window. Also TSW for Sarah´s bathroom window.

  • I asked George to provide us with a quotation for:
    - MU 3000 plus and MU 3000 Thermal windows
    - Shutters Perla 70. Responsible: George/Sonia
    - Flyscreens in front of all doors/windows that can be opened. Responsible: George/ Sonia

 

Sarahs Bathroom:

  • Interior Drawings are finished. Responsible: Tony
  • The toilet has been selected and is paid for. Responsible: Sonia
  • Tiles, Showertray have been selected, ordered and already paid for at G&P Home Store/ Pafos. Responsible: Catrin
  • Shower/tub mixers and the sink (white) will be selected by Pafilia. Responsible: George/Sonia
  • Lamps and loudspeakers have to be chosen. Responsible: Catrin

Catrin's Bathroom

  • Interior design is finished. Responsible: Tony
  • Bathtub 180 x 80 cm (King Kestrel) is ordered Responsible: Catrin (G&P  Home Store/ Pafos)
  • Toilets are selected and paid. Responsible: Sonia
  • Tiles are selected. Responsible: Catrin/ Tony/ Sonia
  • Colour for the walls has to be selected. Responsible: Tony/ Catrin
  • Mixer and sink have to be selected. Responsible: Catrin
  • Lamps and loudspeaker have to be selected. Responsible: Catrin

Guest Toilet

  • Interior design is finished. Responsible: Tony
  • Toilet is selected and paid. Responsible: Sonia
  • Lamps, tiles, sink and mixer need to be selected. Responsible: Catrin
  • The wall paint and the door is Grafiato white. Responsible: George

Kitchen

  • Interior Design / drawings are ready. Responsible: Tony
  • Appliances have to be selected. Responsible: Catrin
  • Lights have to be selected. We have to watch out for EU-Norm (GSE certified). Responsible: Catrin

Floor

  • Iroko wood in Catrins bedroom / dressing room. The extras are already paid. Responsible: Sonia
  • Kitchen tiles are selected. Responsible: Catrin, Tony, Sonia
  • Iroko Wood in the living room. I need a quotation. Responsible: Sonia
  • Tiles / Marble in the lobby need to be selected. Responsible: Catrin, Tony, Sonia
  • Oak laminate flooring (double-click) will be applied in Sarah´s room. We need to select the brand. Responsible: Catrin, Tony, Sonia

    Regarding the floor I informed George that I have electrical underfloor heating. I want glue down wooden floor. However because of underfloor heating some details need to be clarified. George promised to look into it.

Wooden deck / Panelling / outside wall

  • The outside wood panelling will be Irokko according to our contract. However, we have to decide on the wood colour / finishing. I will see Christakis on 8 November; he has various samples to choose from.
