Meeting Minutes

Location: On site Komasha 6/7

Axels Level:

• Sliding Doors
  Axel´s sliding doors (ocean front) are 220 cm high (not 250 cm)
• Canopy
  Antonis pointed out that he has given Sonia drawings for the balcony canopy. I asked Antonis to double check with Sonia and ask her to forward the drawings by Email. All he has received so far was a photo of some materials, but no comments, details, drawings or pricing.
• Staircase
  The heights will be fixed to 200 cm from the finished staircase level. The door will attached to the house from the outside. This allows more widths (90 cm) as otherwise the door frame will reduce the widths by 4-5 cm. The doorknob will be on the left.
• Attic above Axel´s bathroom
  The closed room and the glass windows above Axel´s toilet (attic) will retain the heat and a solution needs to be found for fresh air ventilation. Christakis mentioned that he had thought about the same thing and that he has a solution in mind. They will start building it within the next days.

General topics:

• Entrance Doors
  The 2 main entrance doors will be Iroko Wood. I pointed out that the design needs to be along with the overall design of the villa. At Pafilias main building, just below the former architect offices, we saw a wooden door we liked very much. Antonis was aware what I was talking about. We all agreed that Said had a door like it in mind when he created the architectural plans.
• Security Entrance Doors
  We talked about the door security features and I pointed out that we like high securtity standards, according to European and American standards (Forced entry resistance, DIN EN, UL, US-DOS). They all agreed and promised to forward this information to the respective carpenter.
• Entrance Pergola
  George mentioned that they need to add a column for static reasons. The column will support the canopy / pergola at the entrance / garage. The column ill be Cypriot Pine, 30 x 30 cm.
• Entrance Area
  The entrance area / entrance doors need to have rain protection. Antonis proposed durable plastic laminate, 5% slap. It will almost not be noticeable from the outside. I agreed.
• Outside Lights
  We discussed the outside lights at lengths.
  • At the entrance path Pafilia will install 3 provisional electrical sockets for lights
  • At the left/right columns of the entrance gate Pafilia will install electrical sockets for lights (30cm off the ground)
  • The outside property wall will contain sufficient provisional electrical sockets for lights on all 4 sides of the property.
  • We discussed the lights inside and outside the pool
  • The carport will be equipped with sensor lights
  • The main entrance will be equipped with sensor lights.

Catrins Level

• Guest Toilet
  I talked to Christakis about my guest toilet. We agreed to the step/shelve (Absatz?) above the toilet.
• Windows
  My windows / doors will be 250 cm heights
• Outside Lights Catrins Level
  I pointed out to Christakis that I need outside lights above my bedroom window
  We discussed the outside lights on my patio. We agreed that the existing solution is not sufficient. Christakis agreed to optimise and improve the exiting concept.
  I need outside lights at my kitchen door.
• Sarah´s Room
  We agreed small changes at Sarah’s room. An 80 cm wall will be build at her main window.
• Outside Windows
  Outside window / door shutters are already included according to our contract. I will opt for these. Axel want´s roller blinds only.

Other topics:

• Komasha 6/7 - Materials List
  George mentioned that Andreas gave him the materials list I prepared last week.
• To Do List from Pafilia
  I asked George for a To Do list. We need to know when, what needs to be done. We have still not received a time table or anything like it from Pafilia.
• Quotation Cabinets
  George will call me regarding the quotation of the cabinets. Some details are uncertain and he needs to check with Sonia.
