Project schedule and various plans are still open issues

Email correspondence ith Pafilia
We have asked George several times to hand over copies of all detailed plans we have agreed and signed in November/December last year. For some reason Pafilia is not willing to give us a copy. Strange, we paid for them!
We are also waiting for a project plan. This has been going on ever since we signed the contract. We received no project plan, schedule, To Do list or anything respectively. George promised on February 16, 2009 to deliver the documents that week. See Email correspondence.
6 June 2009 - We give up. No such documents exists...
