18 Apr 2008 Meeting with Construction + Project Manager

Christakis called and asked me to attend a meeting with Andreas (Construction Manager) and himself in his Pafilia office in order to resolve the some construction issues:

• The architectural drawings show an outside cover above Catrins living room windows (see graphic). Christakis recommended reviewing this element, as it serves no function and is a potential source for dirt. It cannot be seen from the outside anyway as it is covered on all three sides. We decided not to build it.
• Christakis advised me that the architectural drawings show 2 different sizes (height) of the same window. (220 cm and 250 cm). We decided that it must be an error, 220cm is the standard measurement
• The architectural plans have no details regarding the balcony on the first floor (see highlighted area). I explained that this was a steal frame / wood panel construction. Christakis will implement a concrete frame as the basis for the wood panel construction
• Andreas proposed to meet every 2 weeks for a brief project review (Christakis, Andreas, Catrin/Axel if possible).
• The next meeting is scheduled for 5^th May, 8:30 in Andreas office
