Quality Issues with Pafilia

We have several warranty issues with Pafilia that have not been solved so far:

  1. Outside plaster is sucking up water.
  2. Several walls inside walls are wet and water is leaking from the outside.
  3. Natural stone are very porous and need to be treated with special vanish.
  4. Outside wood has not been painted properly. The colour / paint has been fading shortly after the villa was handed over.
  5. Garden plants need to be replaced. 
  6. Pool overflow pipe is broken and water is running out.
