Mirror Mirror on the Wall...
2m by 2m mirror for bathroom
I had the brilliant idea to apply a 2 x 2 meter mirror on one of my bathroom walls. Today the company arrived with the precious piece of glass.
First it was a problem getting it upstairs. It was too big for the staircase. They had to lift it up from the outside.
The next challenge was getting it into the bathroom. Although they did measure everything in advance, they got stuck in the process.
In order to get more space a craftsman knocked down the border tile. When they tried to lift the mirror away from the wedge position the inevitable happened: the mirror broke.
I felt really bad for the guys, they tried hard. On Monday they will give it another go.
