The goods have been used
In March I ordered a sophisticated exhaust vent for my kitchen from Gaggenau at Hadjikyriakos in Pafos. Hadjikyriakos is one of the leading Home Appliances chain in Cyprus.
Catrin was called some time ago that the goods have arrived. Thursday I called the company and asked them to deliver the boxes. They promptly delivered the boxes and stored them in my basement. Today (Sunday) I checked the boxes and I was surprised what I found. These are definitely not new products. The paper box has been exposed to water and was damaged. None of the parts were in its original rapping.
I am pretty sure that these parts are show room goods. I will go back and ask them to explain the situation to me.
