The Dream Team

Our snagging list is eleven pages long. It has a few big items, some important items, some things that were forgotten, and some things that are wrong or missing. This is a normal procedure in any construction project.

However, we are surprised how quickly Memnos and his team are working. After we went through the list - one third of the issues were already resolved. Memnos is well organized, dedicated to the job and: he has good people working for him. His foreman, Pambros, is worth a ton of gold :)
