This is a list of lessons learned - Feb 2008

  • Modern communication means like Email, Voice Mail or Short Message System are generally not answered. Unless the customer keeps trying to call personally, his concerns remain unsolved!
  • To any meeting with the company, you have to bring your own architectural drawings (plans according to contract). For some reason they usually forget or have another version of the plans at hand!
  • It helps to do quality control on your own, e.g. check the measurements!
  • Once a problem is jointly identified, solving it is no issue!
