Roof drainage
Today meeting with our Project Manager Christakis. He explained the status of the foundation. Another layer of about 35cm concrete will be put on the current level. The pipes in the iron construction are for the drainage of the roof and the terrace. The water will go to the back of the house. We can collect the rain water and use it for watering the garden.
Christakis pointed out, that the waste water sewage will go into a holding tank under ground. The city of Peyia is planning a sewage pipe system. Pafilia will prepare the property so it may be easily connected to the city sewage pipes once the service becomes available.
