19 Feb 2008 Phone call / meeting with Architect

Phone call and subsequent meeting between Said and Catrin. 

Topic: Concrete pillars that are not in my plans and are also not wanted (see meeting minutes 18.2.2007).

Said informed me by phone, that he spoke about this topic with the Construction Manager Andreas this morning. Indeed: There should be no supporting concrete pillar. This pillar was removed in a later version of the construction plans.

They discovered that the architectural drawings of the Construction Department are not in sequence with the plans of the Architect. It turned out they had an internal communications gap.

Said informed me, that the wrongly build concrete pillar will be demolished.
