14.02.2008 Meeting with Maria, Administrator and Catrin

  1. Underfloor heating
    I asked her about the quotation for the underfloor heating. She called Sonja. Sonja said that she is waiting for the details from the subcontractor. As soon as possible she will give all the details to Maria.

  2. Procedure for cancellations of items in the contract (Change Management)
    I asked Maria for the process if I want to cancel individual items covered by the existing contract (e.g. cancellation of a door, window and wall a.s.o.). She told me that I have to make a respective request in writing. She will coordinate internally and Pafilia shall inform me in writing about the amount saved and subsequently reimbursed.

  3. How does Pafilia manage extras or changes to the existing contract (Change Management)?
    The process is the same as above. However, Maria confirmed I have to pay only for changes/ extras that I signed for.
